Great Freezer- Weird sounds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this freezer about a month ago, and it has been perfect for us. The large, well-lit interior has ample space for our needs. Even through the freezer is in an adjacent room to our media area, the compressor sound volume is low enough that it doesn't interfere with tv/movie watching. The one thing we had to get used to was the sounds it produces. While it's running, it sounds like an alien ship doing strange things (low level), and when you close the door, it sounds like it's a decompression chamber venting from underneath.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Already need service

I bought this in August. It's not freezing my food. It's cold but not freezing solid. I bought this unit because it had so many great reviews and I can leave it in the garage during wintertime. Very disappointed, hopefully it can be repaired and I'm not out hundreds of dollars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lots of room and seals tight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy so far. I've had it about a month and I like how I can see everything in it with the bright LED lights and the layout inside. It seals tight and I really like having a way to lock it. Not as concerned about my little ones as much as the teenage boys who know how to open things but not close them.
