good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we like the features of this freezer but I am 76 years old and cannot open the door to it. my husband has to get everything out for me. the freezer is in the basement and if anything happens to my husband I wont be able to get anthing out of it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am happy to hear you are enjoying your freezer’s great features, like the Frost-Free Operation-which means you never have to defrost your freezer again, so you can spend time on more important things.
Did you know? When the door is closed it creates a vacuum seal, making the door harder to open for a couple of minutes. Try waiting about 2 minutes before opening the door again, to allow the internal pressure to equalize. With usage, the vacuum seal will decrease. Please keep in mind the less amount of items inside your freezer, will make the door harder to open due to more air inside your freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to an urgent need for a freezer (our's broke down), we purchased this one even though it wasn't the model we wanted. Had to wait 6 weeks for the one we wanted and weren't willing to do that. We put in the drawers from the old one and they work great (not fixed so have to be careful). All in all we are happy and, of course, this model was a lot less expensive

Malfunctioning right after the one-year warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this just over a year ago and it's been working okay other than some noisy operation until right after the one-year warranty expired. The seal is starting to separate from the door and the freezer is starting to unpredictably thaw. The green light doesn't turn on anymore. There's moisture dripping in the freezer. Really scared.

a bit noisy

it is a bit noisy after it turns off makes gurgle sounds and a dripping sound but keeps things frozen and no water on floor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't had it a month yet, but it is doing real good. It's outside the house and it has been very hot lately. Works very well, but I will have to see how efficient it is. I got this model because I like the efficiency rating and the frost free is a must.
