Simple Freezer with Excellent Performance

I am disappointed to discover your freezer is making loud sounds. Your new, high-efficiency freezer may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds normally indicate your freezer is operating correctly. Some surfaces on floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make these sounds more noticeable.
Today’s compressors run much faster than in the past. Your compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. For additional information about the sounds your freezer makes, I recommend reviewing page 13 of your Use & Care guide.
Should the sound become louder, please give us a call. Our Customer Care Department can be reached by dialing 800-374-4432, and available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am-8 pm EST.

Love the lock feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this freezer about a month ago. So far we love it. There’s a lot of space, and it’s organized very efficiently. I especially love that you can lock it. It also has a great, tight seal. Tightest seal I’ve experienced on a freezer and that gives me peace of mind.

Perfect add on for small kitchen refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a small built in cabinet space in our kitchen that will not allow for a large refrigerator. For years, we used a spare chest freezer in the basement, but that was not very convenient for storage. We bought this one and put it right outside the kitchen in the garage and it has been great. I am surprised on how loud this is when running. Even with it in the garage, you can hear it in the house. I choose this model because I wanted one that was energy efficient. This one had some of the best ratings. The door seal works great. My 6-year old daughter has a hard time opening it.
