Extra large to store so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this freezer has been great! It is large and I can fill it up with items when they are sale, especially. I ordered two more shelves so I could get full capacity with boxed items and could store even more and keep everything organized. Freezer keeps everything super cold and love all the room.

beautiful freezer and great space but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this freezer for over a month now and I do like it, but, as I said when I called in right after I received it, there is a little problem: when you open the door the freezer tends to slide towards you. Then if you try to open it again right after, the freezer absolutely refuses to cooperate and wants to stay shut. It takes a lot to break the seal and keep the freezer from following you. The service company said there was nothing to be done. It's the way it is designed to work.

Hi there Mustbesweet. When the freezer door is opened, warm air rushes in-side. When you close the door, all the warm air rushes to the evaporator which causes a vacuum. This will cause the door to be hard to open for about 10 to 15 seconds after closing. Should you find it difficult to open the door or lid to your freezer, rub paraffin wax on the hinge side of the door. Paraffin wax is used for canning purposes and can be purchased at most grocery stores. If you would to speak about these matters in more detail, please give our team a call.
