Love the seal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a very old freezer which needed to be defrosted on a regular basis, this freezer is amazing! No defrosting, plenty of room & we love the light inside it, keeps food super cold & is energy efficient, definitely recommend it!

Great Freezer with lots of space for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this upright freezer in our garage. It's nearly silent when it runs, and holds quite a lot of food inside. It's got really strong suction on the door right after closing, to the point you actually have to grab the door by the rubber seal and pull it back just enough to break the seal...could be seen as annoying, but I like that I know it won't just accidentally open!

Excellent Freezer

We also love the fact that the door is very well sealed - the reason we replaced our other one. Frigidaire is one of the most highly respected appliance manufacturers, and this freezer came with excellent reviews.

Very hard to open the door

The freezer door is very hard to open. My has arthritis in both shoulders and can't open the door.

Thank you for being a valued Frigidaire customer. Warm air rushes inside the freezer when the door is opened. After closing the door, all the warm air rushes to the evaporator which causes a vacuum. This causes the door to be hard to open for about 10 to 15 seconds after closing.
