No insulation in door!

After 1 month it looked like the door wasn't sealing and water was dripping down inside door then freezing leaving ice all in the door. I had to make repair apt which took a week. Then repair man had to order insulation and rebook apt 4 weeks later.
Repair man took door apart and found a few strips of Styrofoam in door. So he packed the door with real insulation. He said that should fix the condensation problem.
You should fix the door insulation and not use cheap Styrofoam that doesn't work. This is a manufacturer defect!!

TOO BIG

Me bad for not being more observant of the stated dimensions. So , never plugged it in or used it . Was an expensive mistake as I had to pay a % restocking fee plus pick-up fee

I was tired of manually defrosting, not finding anything I was looking for and of course struggling to reach the bottom. The freezer has lots of room. I did have to add some baskets to help utilize the space. Those plastic sealed meats and such just slide off each other. The freezer seals well. Too well. I need both hands to open and it generally closes itself while I'm trying to load it.
