I love that I don't have to defrost.

This is the second Frigidaire upright freezer that I have bought in the last 2 years. Love both of them.

Good Freezer

When I got the freezer it did not cool. Found out the compressor was not plugged in, but it works fine now, and service was good. Other than the first problem I have been very happy with the freezer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This freezer has plenty of space and is easy to find items fast it is open and equip with good shelfs and door storage.there a green light at the bottom of the freezer telling me everything is fine.thats a nice feature

The worst appliance ever.

Bought this freezer in January of 2015, stopped working on November 7th. Here it is January 20th. And still do not have a working freezer. It has been worked on 6 times by two different service company's. Yesterday was the latest service repair. They changed out everything except the light bulb and still doesn't work. Also this was the second time Frigidaire sent out defective parts. I hear by swear as God as my witness I will never buy a Frigidaire appliance again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased it and I'm glad I did I had a box freezer that had no self defrost and just did not work the way I wanted it too.

Easy Access!

We purchased the new freezer so we could give our smaller Frididaire freezer to our daughter. I suffer from signifant back pain and the New Frididaire 20F offeres easy access without having to stoop over and reach down. We love the bright lighting to show off all the goodies my wife is hiding from me. I am sure this freezer will passed along as well!
