We are very happy with this freezer. I use a lot of vacuum seal bags; they were slipping and sliding out, so I had to buy some freezer bins to hold many of those.
Though it holds a lot it is easy to store things in some type of order and always be able to find it!!!

Nice choice for our garage

Our requirements, a simple, large upright freezer that is frost free and will be housed in our garage. I did quite a bit of research before buying this freezer and must say it fits the bill. First, it is large, over six foot tall and rated at 20 CF. It’s shipping weight is 240 lbs. It is fine to be housed in our attached garage that does not exceed 90 degrees F. The body of the freezer is textured and bright white. The door and handle are smooth and bright white, easy to keep clean. The inside is enameled steel and plastic and bright white with wire shelves. It has a bright LED light on the inside at the top. It is not as loud as our old 27 year old chest freezer was but it does make a vacuum noise when you close the door. The lock and energy star ratings are also a plus and not always included. We have owned this freezer for over 6 months and it maintain a steady temperature well below zero. I have provided a simple demo video to help decision makers.

Attention all you home brewers out there. This freezer fits a Blichmann 14.5 gallon conical fermenter inside including the castor wheels! You just have to remove some of the bottom shelves on the door and it works great for fermenting your beer! This freezer also works well as an extra freezer in the garage for food!
