Convenient Storage space

Much easier to find what is stored in the freezer. Food doesn't not get buried under things like a chest freezer.

Have had the freezer going on two months with no issues. So much more quiet than the one that it replaced. Plenty of room.

Nice size

We are a family of four and needed a large capacity freezer. Our old freezer was a little bigger but not frost free so we lost several cubic feet. This solved all of our problems

First one didn't work!

After starting up the freezer it was loud and ran non-stop. By the 3rd day food was thawing inside. I called store and had to argue to get a new one instead of having a repairman come. The new one works fine and isn't noisy and doesn't run all the time.
