LFFH20F3QW Dead after 16 months

Died after 16 months lost entire contents. LIghts are on but doesn't not freeze.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about one month ago and so far I am very happy with my purchase. It has several good features such as frost free so I dont have to defrost and I like the way the key on the freezer pops out after you lock the door. Really great size and seems to be good quality also. The greatest feature to me is its built in the USA!

Needed the big size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our chest freezer gave out after 40 years of service. Under the gun to replace the freezer quickly, we decided to try an upright freezer and selected the biggest one in stock. After plugging in the freezer ( empty it cooled down in less than an hour) we transferred the food from the old freezer. Within a few hours it was operating at below zero degrees. The temperature fluctuates between -10 and -17 degrees. I assume that is because of the auto defrost cycles. We love seeing the food on the shelves, instead of being buried in the chest freezer. It will be easier to rotate the food. The LED light is bright. The door seals very well.
