This game is great at parties and playing alone. I only wish you didn't get punished for going trough Solo Tour mode on Easy or Medium. Let me complete the game at my leisure. When I want to increase my level, I'll do it when I'm good and ready. Other than that, the songs are great, plus you can import your songs from Rock Band 1. I don't see many weaknesses and I can't wait to see what they do with Rock Band 3!
What's great about it: Fun to play at parties
What's not so great: Going from playing medium to hard and expert
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fun game

From a gamplay point this game is tons of fun they have many good songs to play along with a few boring songs. The graphics look decent too and is a fun way to get a party started. Also, tons of DLC songs there to add which makes tons of replayability. I do not like the band equipment though its just not to realistic. I suggest using the GHWT band kit with this game it makes it more fun and even easier.
What's great about it: Gameplay
What's not so great: Some of the songs and istruments
I would recommend this to a friend!

Playing the game gives you the feeling of being on stage. It is family friendly and a great party game. While the game is GREAT, there is something to be said for the lack of diversity of artists available.....How about a bit of Prince, his tracks would be awesome on this game (his following could probably support a Rockband Prince greatest hits)....some Jimmy Hendrix and Sly and the Family Stone would be nice also.....If Harmonix envisions a market for a Country Rockband version, certainly they can bring about more diversity in their pick of "Rock" artists....Yet and still, great game!!!!!!
What's great about it: Big time fun for all ages
What's not so great: Not very diverse in choices of bands, drum sensitivity seems a bit off at times
I would recommend this to a friend!

i like this game a little bit more than guitar hero, i personaly like the songs on this game, some are longer and they have some fast paste ones as well
What's great about it: make a band rock the world lmao

I have always been a Guitar Hero fan and just decided to try out Rock band with my GH equipment to see if it worked and I fell in love with Rock band 2. The game has really cool music with access to download hundreds of songs. It's a big step up from the original rockband and is compatible with Guitar Hero equipment. If you love music this is a must have.
What's great about it: You can play one person band world tour
What's not so great: none yet
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great game for everyone. There are ALOT of good songs that keep you wanting to play. I play it with my friends alot and it never gets old. The Online mode is great!
What's great about it: Fun, Great for Parties, Great Songs
