Good Tablet in need of a programmer
on August 6, 2013

This is a good basic level tablet at this price point (about $130 USD) how ever until the rollout world wide of the memory fix it is like a gen 1 android phone.... (no memory). When the memory is fixed it is a solid little tablet with voice/data sim capabilties. Camera is bad but ok for video calls. Nice audio. Has BT and micro usb that doesn't recognize all USB storage. All in all not bad, even better if it was rooted.
Pros: Battery, Weight, Processor, Bluetooth, Build Quality
Cons: Memory
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome Little Computer

I am sure that I am not even close to knowing everything this will do, but I am trying to learn. The main thing I wanted to do with a tablet was to receive emails with pics of my new Grandson. The other reason I wanted it was to watch TV from Netflix or Hulu. I have learned through this that Netflix doesnt work. Does anyone know if Hulu works or not??
Thanks in advance for letting me know.
The only negative I can say about this is that the writing on the user guide is way too small for me to see!! lol
Pros: Battery, Weight, Storage, Display resolution, Display performance
Cons: Memory

Great product for the money

After the firmware update, I started to love it. There is no reason you should second guess the purchase of the Lenovo A1000. It does everything and more. The only drawback; it doesn't have a rear camera. Worth the money as long as it's under $100.
Pros: Battery, Weight, Processor, Durability, Memory, Screen size, Build Quality, Storage, Display resolution, Display performance
Cons: lack of rear camera. lack of hdmi out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty Good

I got mine on Black Friday for 60 bucks and I guess I got what I payed for. Lags when playing games and the sound quality is pretty bad without an audio device plugged in. The expandable storage is a plus though. The design isn't that bad but it's very heavy though. The screen quality feels very bad and washed out, but I guess I just got used to the nexus 7's outstanding screen quality.
Pros: Input/Output compatibility, Included software, Software compatibility, Storage
Cons: Video card, Display resolution, Memory, Battery, Weight, Processor, Screen size, Display performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
