Definately Worth every penny

I'm going to go out on a limb and say this is the best Marvel movie out to date. The soon to be released Hulk was better than the original Hulk movie made in 2003, but iron man's special effects blow it out of the water. Spider-man has some good movies as well, but the third one should have been better (They should have casted Venom not as Topher Grace, but someone who actually resembled Eddie Brock from the comics and animated series). You could disregaurd everything I've said until now because I want to talk about Iron Man's suit. Marvel could not have done a better job with today's technology and special effects. When I first heard that this movie was going to come out, that was the first thing that popped into my head because that suit alone would make or break the movie, and this suit has for sure made this movie into a movie that should be in every house.
What's great about it: Great acting, exciting from beginning to end...oh and the suit.
What's not so great: None worth explaining
I would recommend this to a friend!

Robert Downey Jr. (Tony Stark) was great. They could have not picked a better actor to play Tony Stark then RD Jr. My family and I went to see this movie in the theaters and we were on out seats the whole time. My 8 yr old was glued to the screen, and that is hard to do with an 8yr old unless it is an animated film. Way to go. We could not wait till the movie came out on dvd. lots of extra's. this is one for the library.....
What's great about it: This is the best action movie of 2008.
What's not so great: NONE
I would recommend this to a friend!

Iron Man is by far the best Marvel Movie out at the moment. With awsome action and great effects this movie has it all. I watched this in theaters and it was 10000 times bestter in my living room. This movie is great for the comic book fan or anyone who just loves an action packed movie.
What's great about it: AWSOME MOVIE, EFFECTS and STORY
What's not so great: Wish it lasted even longer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

An awesome adaptation of the Iron Man series. Robert Downy Jr. plays an excellent Tony Stark; he executes the part perfectly. Gwyneth Paltrow plays Pepper, Starks assistant, she plays the part well and the on screen tension/chemistry between the two is made very obvious throughout the film.

The whole movie has enough hook to keep ones interest, and at the same time throws in enough humor to keep it light-hearted and funny.
+
While the plot almost diverts itself after the first hour or so, it circles back around to delivers one final burst of action. It is a good movie and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to see a good action flick! Let's just say, I'll be waiting for a sequel!
What's great about it: Good action scenes and special effects. Decent acting all around. Good casting.

I was so excited to finally own this movie. Best Buy had really cool special edition versions of it available too!

As I'm not really an Iron Man fan, I really wasn't expecting too much out of this, but I have to admit that I was VERY impressed with this movie, and with Robert Downey's performance. That being said, I had to own this DVD.
A lot of fun!
If you're a comic fanatic, don't forget to watch for the scene after the credits end (for those of you who don't already know).
I would recommend this to a friend!

As a female I figured I would hate this movie- however- I was surprised by the witty humor throughout and the plot was fascinating. I'd recommend the purchase =)
