OTR Microwave for kitchen remodel

We got the OTR microwave to match our Samsung slide-in stove. It works great, and was east to install. Concerning the design, the display could be a little easier to engage. The over range lights, and the fan, and even the timing settings could be easier to find/push. It seems like the displays are very small and that you have to hit just the right spot with your fingers, resulting in repeated jabbing at where you think the buttons are; maybe this will improve as we get used to the device. The other issue is the loudness of the fan. There are four settings and it is very powerful (and we are venting it inside) BUT it sounds like an aircraft engine. Surely Samsung could figure out how to diminish this distracting noise. Overall, it is still a very nice microwave. I would still purchase it.

It is stainless steel, compact and powerful equipment in my kitchen. That is completely meet my expectations except some poor plastic connections that handle plastic connection part was broken easily after 3 months which is fixable part if you find the plastic connector but you have to buy whole handle with expensive part price. Overall, it is fancy, powerful, user-friendly, and specified functions for the most using process with sensor control. I strongly suggest this product for smart functionality homes after improving durability.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: Poor quality

This is the second model of this microwave that i have purchase. The first was great microwave. But unfortunately I dropped it when we moved. The second was just as good at first. Then the buttons started would work at times and at times not. Now the light on/off will not work at all. I also have french door refrigerator that has problems at times with the buttons. I will not purchase another Samsung appliance since they both had the problems right after the warranty expired.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Items that i place in the microwave at times comes out warm. Can hear the swaying of power from the unit. Thinking of placing a call for service, but my pass experience would be to replace it because of the cost of fixing it.

Very Disappointed

We bought this microwave just over 2 years ago and since day 1 a few buttons have never worked. My fault that I never followed up with Samsung. Tried to set the clock and couldn’t because 8 does not work, very frustrating. Plus shows fingerprints after every use.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

The touch buttons on the glass screen work sometimes. It shouldn't be that hard to press the buttons but it takes many tries to get it to work. This microwave came with the house we just purchased and it isn't that old but is a pain to us.
