front buttons don't work

Brought brand new house and this was included with the house. Suppose to be brand new but several buttons on the front of it don't work at all. Can't do online request for service cause I got it with the purchase of home and they require you upload the receipt of purchase of which I don't have cause brought with new construction home
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent features, bottom control panel easier to use and height is lower for my wife height!!!:)

This microwave is very sleek and stylish and has all the functions I need. It is very quiet when it's running. I love the LED lights underneath and the vent fan works great too!
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display

We went through 3 cheap microwaves over the past 20 years, decided to try a better model. What a great decision! This is a fantastic microwave! The inside is so much easier to clean than my other ones with a cheap white plastic interior. Looks great too!

This microwave is very elegant, stylish and has all the functions that we need. Quiet operation, sensor cooking is awesome and the LED lights are used everyday for a nightlight. Interior is durable and easy to clean.

I have used most of the functions and they all work well. I am very pleased with the performance. The door of the microwave contains the functions of the microwave which I was concerned about when the door is opened and closed all the time. I have not had any issues with it so far. I do not slam the door at all, just close it with the handle. I would rather not had the large handle protruding from the face, but other wise I am very happy with my purchase.

Great features, easy to use, stylish -- the best microwave I've ever owned!

We were faced with the dilemma of a small kitchen with shallow cupboards barely large enough to hold a dinner plate. To our surprise this microwave was one of only a few that extended out only 1 1/2" further than our previous model. And the cut away along the bottom of the microwave gave the impression that the unit did not extend out from the cupboards. What initially drew us to this model was the stylish, sleek, modern design. We were very impressed by the easy-to-use touch display integrated along the bottom of the glass door rather than on a side panel at the right, in addition to the preprogrammed settings for commonly cooked foods inside the door. We purchased the microwave just before Thanksgiving and our guests commented on the spaciousness inside and that it was almost large enough to cook a turkey. We use this microwave numerous times each day and are 110% satisfied. We love it!!!
