This microwave is a replacement for an old model in my parent's house where I now live. It was easy to install even for me and only needed help to lift the new one up on the bracket. I love the soften and melt butter feature as I do a fair amount of baking ! I have several Samsung appliances and will continue to replace the old ones with Samsung quality .
Pros: Durable, attractive design, easy to use, excellent quality, easy to install
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent designed microwave with all the features I need and then some. Easy to clean interior, great downlights and more than sufficient exhaust output power.

Just got it home and installed, installation was very easy.
It looks great, and it matches the modern look of our kitchen.
I have not used it much, as I just got it, but I like all the features .

Love Samsung products, but stay away from touchscreen microwave

I've had it for about 2 years now, the touch screen is terrible. One finger print left on the touchscreen can start or stop the air vent, the microwave, the LED light, practically any function the microwave has.
Other than having to wipe the touch screen before each use, it's a great microwave, cooks and reheats quick. Looks great too.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Microwave

We have had this microwave in service for four months. My only complaint, which is minor, is that the touchpad controls are not touch sensitive and must be pressed harder than most touch pads. Other than that, it is a real good value for the price. Everything seems to cook evenly and the pre-programmed options seems fairly accurate.
Pros: appearance
Cons: touch pad not a light touch
