Great looks and features

The unit looks great and has wonderful features. Backlit lighting on the controls would be great.
The main problem is that we have had 4 replacement doors and will need another soon. The glass in the door slides to the right eventually catching on the unit. It seems the only cure is to replace the door.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice - but not sturdy

After only 7 months, the glass is getting caught underneath the stainless steel strip on the right side and peeling it off. Not sure if it is an issue with the hinge but very frustrating.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

LED lights produce dim blue light

The pre-installed LED lights located under the microwave produce a dim blue light. Not a good working light when using the cooktop. They are the only blue light in my kitchen. The description says soft? I would only describe them as dim, blue and appear to be factory installed and not easily replaced? Where and how can I find a natural or warm, hopefully brighter light to replace these?
Cons: Did not meet expectations, dim blue work light, hard to push buttons
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lighting is poor over range and control buttons cannot be seen as in older units

The microwave is beautiful and works really well. HOWEVER, the LED lighting is very low and disappointing (even on high). Also you have to push the button twice to turn it off instead of having an off button. Then there is the control panel, which is AWFUL to read. It is not distinct enough and when you are used to just being in the kitchen with only the range light on and have to turn on your overhead lights to see the control buttons, what a waste of effort and buying LED lighting. For this reason, I would return it for a model that is more USER friendly and makes SENSE.
Pros: Durable
Cons: poor lighting makes it inconvenient to use.

After about 20 uses, there have been no problems.
There are "menus" that are not particularly intuitive or helpful. The owners manual is necessary reading to use this microwave's features. The scrolling menus on screen do not give you enough information.
The labels on the controls would be easier to read if they were a bit bigger.
Pros: Bright display, led lighting
Cons: small font on control labels
I would recommend this to a friend!
