Good, but not perfect

Overall, this printer works well. The problem arises when duplex printing. Sometimes it simply won't do it - it prints the first page and quits. Sometimes it works fine. That's my only complaint.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like this printer, has everything I needed. For some reason I can't get wireless printing working, but that's not a problems. I imagine it's 'user' error.

I am very pleased with the purchase of my Brother DCP-L2540DW printer. I purchased the printer for just a few pennies more than the injet refill for my inkjet printer. The print quality is great. I have reduced my printing costs a lot. Trouble free, easy to set up, and performing as advertised.

Excellent purchase

I wanted a wireless printer for home use for use with a laptop, in addition wanted a scanner with a document feeder with low operating cost and this printer has exceeded my expectations. I located the printer near my wireless router and connected using an Ethernet cable then found printer on my laptop. Later I downloaded the Brother App for my Android phone and again connecting was painless. Recommend this printer to a friend..

Great Printer But Tough To Wake Up

I LOVE the printer quality but it has been difficult to deal with a bug in the printer driver that causes it not to wake up from sleep. I think it is fixed now but it has taken many days of work to figure it out and get the right software - including writing the support center that responded promptly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had no problems setting it up. It works like it's supposed to. I can print from my tablet, from my phone, from my computer. My friend was over and needed something printed up, she had it on her tablet, boom, downloaded up on her tablet, just like that, it was printed. Love the double sided printing to save paper.

Value and Versatility

This is exactly what we wanted at an affordable cost. It produces clear copies quickly and quietly. It is as easy to copy single-sided documents as it is to produce two-sided copies. Printing directly from a computer is a plus. Compact size, simple set-up, and ease of operation combine to meet our needs.
