Don't bother with wireless

I've removed and reinstalled the drivers multiple times. Wireless is pointless. If I need to print something, I need to connect the USB cord.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent on ink

Copies much faster than my old copier, can stack or sort to make books, even thou I still haven't had time to read the manual to learn how to do 2-sided I'm sure it is not that difficult. I think it is just great for the price. Excellent on ink and I can get the ink cheap on-line.

Very Good Value

This printer works as advertised. This printer does not come with a printer cable so I used one from an old printer to speed the setup process. Once setup the WIFI feature was a breeze.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Copier

Great copier that is a workhorse. Functionality is fantastic, no breakdown, paper jams, or and easy to use. Just wished it had faxing capability so that I can use this copier for all of my needs. It's really a superb machine and I'm very pleased with this great product.

Great Printer for Home Office Use.

I brought this printer for my Home Office. It is the perfect printer for all my reports, mapping, hard copies of e-mils of my files and my file needs for my clients. This is the second laser printer from Brother. It has never let me down for my business printing needs.

Great price for innumerable features

Brother is very dependable. Laser most economical way to go for black and white copies. Love these features for taking up less space: Scanner, Printer, and variable size Photocopier.

When working it is great!

I already have the wired version of this printer, so I thought the wireless would be a step up. Very confusing to re-connect when it got off-line. I made phone calls to Brother, used chat lines etc. Like any other wireless product that depends on a router, it will go off line once in a while. Finally after much trial and error I restored the connection, but don't even remember how I did it. Dreading the next time it goes off line. I guess if your are younger and more computer literate, re-connecting wouldn't be such a chore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my first laser printer don't know why I waited so long to get one, it's fast quiet and works great best decision to go with Brothers products
