Could not make "scan to email/web" working, I have to launch Brother custom software everytime when I need to scan document.

This product does not work with Windows 10

We cannot tell you if it is good or not as it won't load onto the computer. The printer loads and works but the scanner does not. Had two different techs out and they say it is a product problem. There are two other people living near me who are having the same problem. I bought the printer through Amazon and am wondering I do I return to you for repair or replacement for something that does work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Garbage copier

My copier was just over 1 year old ( I bought a year warrantee on it ) when it started turning off every time i powered it on. I tried evrything to get it out of sleep mode but nothing works!!

Won't duplex in Windows 11

Have had the DCP-L2540DW 2-3 years. Worked fine with laptop with Windows 10. Recently purchased new laptop with Windows 11. Installed driver using disc. When "print" is selected there is no option for duplexing. Need this paper saving and space (thickness) saving feature.
