I LOVE IT

I got this as a gift, and I love it. I had it for many years. I fly weekly, and i always have it with me. Absolutely great in noisy environments. After a few years the rubber coating starts to come off, and I see that the wires are getting messed up, but so far it works great. I wish it would come with USB C type charger, so I would not have to carry a cable just for this.
I received these as a gift a long time ago. Did not use them for a few months cause i thought they looked weird (i was 12 at the time). Now 3 years later i enjoy these everyday from listening to music to walking around the city these are perfect.Highly recommended for anyone although the prize is quite high (For a 14yr. old like me).
I have owned my pair for more than 3 years. I’ve been an owner of the Boise noise cancelling head sets since the first generation. Unfortunately the recent generations don’t do as well with noise canceling. I use them all the time on my flights. I can still hear babies crying on my flights which I’ve not had that problem with the older generations versions. I appreciate that these are much easier to pack but now the batteries don’t lasts that long. I’m having to recharge them after an 8 hour flight.
Great at first, but the long-term quality let down

I got the QC20 for Christmas in 2014 in Denmark. I have loved them for their great fit, sound and noise cancelling. But about 6 months ago, the cable started breaking. I know I have owned them for a long time, but such a high-end and expensive product, should come with a better build quality. I patched up the first point where the cable broke, but now it has started to break on another part of the cable. I have owned and tried other QC-products, and all the cables seem durable on those, but the QC20, have a very low quality cable. I would also like to know if it is possible to repair this, as they are great headphones over all. I really love the compact noise cancelling they provide.
These headphones work exactly as advertised: I've worn them on 14 hour flights, through loud city streets and in quiet areas, and I've had no issues with comfort, noise cancelling or noise leaking.
My main issue with them: the wires fray after about a year of use. I had one previous set exchanged free of charge because it was within a year of purchase, but the second set (pictured) started fraying after a year.
To Bose's credit, there's almost no difference in performance, even though it looks (and feels) like the wires will rip apart. There's a slight droning noise when the wires are flat, but if I mess with the positioning, the droning noise goes away. The state of the wires has since stabilized, and I've been using the headphones in this condition for about a year now.
Other than the wire issue, which so far has been more of a visual problem, these headphones are absolutely perfect for prolonged noise-cancelling use. Each time they start fraying within a year, I'd recommend exchanging for a new set, and you can get a few extra years of use without paying more.
I bought these 2-3 years ago and this is definitely the best gift I did to myself!!! As I am travelling very often, it literally changed my life. Finished the time I had to put the volume at the close maximum to watch movie and barely understand what they say. Finished the time I heard people talking loud beside me. As I wear them when I sleep (I travel for to China--14 hours trip), finished the time I wake up every minute because somebody is coughing. Believe me, this is not an expense, it is rather an investment in your life quality. The only thing I regret is not to have bought them earlier.
I bought this product in 2016 and they still work great!! Blown away by the comfort being in-war headphones and the noise cancelling. For a person that loves to travel and spends a lot of time in planes, trains or buses, the Bose in-ear headphones are a must have! No crying children, no engine noises- just the pure sound of music. Obviously when it gets too loud or someone is right next to you, you still here some noise, but overall a great product, especially being that small!
With two toddlers, a snoring husband, and all the noises a household brings, studying can be challenging. Although they do not block out noise completely, that would be dangerous, they truly minimize the intensity of noises allowing one to focus on calming music or quiet. I've had mine for almost a month and I love, love, love them!!
