Fantastic product.

I read many reviews regarding these headphones. I own a pair of over the ear Bose noise canceling headphones which I love. The only problem I find is when traveling. The case takes up quite a bit of space.
Now with the QC20 headphones I get the same amount of quality noise canceling along with great music playback. They are definitely worth the money.

Great Product

Had a pair of the first series over the ear noise cancelling headphones and the were fantastic. They have lasted 12 years and over hundred flights. I’ve had the QuietComfort 20 for 3 years and they are even better than my first pair.

durability issues

I purchased the QC20 NC in-ear headphones 20 months ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the fit, sound quality, and noise cancelling. However in the last week the right earbud has become intermittent. I am posting this review before calling customer support. I suspect one of the wires has worn and is not making consistent contact. I am extremely careful with my use and fastidious with returning them to the storage case.
I would purchase another pair but the cost is a bit steep for less than two years of use.
Last year I purchased a pair of QC35 wireless NC headphones for my wife and she loves them. The form factor is larger and I suspect durability is easier to maintain.

Absolutely Perfect

These earbuds have delivered very well. Sometimes people will be talking to me for several minutes and I can't even hear them. The audio quality is incredible and long lasting. I have had mine for over a year, and they still work to their fullest potential. The battery pack takes a small amount of time to get used to but it is worth it. It is very slim and can slip into your pocket with your phone. With this purchase, I now chose Bose as my go to for audio. They stay in my ear when running or moving, and they stay so comfortably, you can hardly tell they are there. Being in high school and in contact sports, they took a beating over the last year, and they have not changed a bit. Great design, nice color, but a little big, then again, you don't buy earbuds for the looks.

Makes traveling fun again

I received these for a birthday present and could not be happier. The headphones make airplane rides fun again, the noise cancelling is wonderful and the music sound is perfect. This was the best birthday present of all times.

Bought these to test, with 95% confidence that i would return during the 30 day trial period. WRONG. These things are amazing. I have used them in the office, but also at the kids crazy indoor gym ... they work in noisiest, most chaotic environments. Very pleased and happy to have them ...

Honestly.. I want to return

First of all, the battery is placed too low. Also, I hear this popping noise from my headphone everytime I turn the noise cancellation on. Its giving me headache and it is impossible for me to enjoy my music for 30 seconds with the noise cancellation on. I mean why did I pay this money for a "noise canceling headphones" when I can't even enjoy that feature. I am a huge fan of Bose products. Honestly this is not a product for me and I would like to get it replaced with other product. This is all my experience.

Very great earbuds

I brought this a couple months ago and this is probably the best earphone i ever had. The sound quality is clear. The comfort is great. The design is good but the materials are very cheap looking. The Durability is good. The Noise cancellation is excellent. Overall, this product is superb and i would never regret buying it even though it is overpriced.
