work great, for 24 months and that's all

1 star for the following reason: I have had two of these now. Bought my 1st one 4 years ago. Around the 2 year mark, I noticed the cord cracked & the headphones eventually quit working. I looked into it, emailed Bose, eventually, they replaced it as a "one time courtesy". Here we are, 24 months to the DAY! from when Bose replaced my 1st ones and the cord is cracking again! Bose 100% designs these things with what is called "planned obsolescence". Google it, read it, don't buy it. Bose will blame it on the consumer for not being gentle but that has nothing to do with it. So very disappointed.

Amazing Ambient Sound Reduction

I bought the new Bose QuietComfort 20 for Apple Products earphones for noise cancelling during long international flights. I researched the market for lots of products and read many reviews from differing sources about the BOSE earphones. Without a doubt these earphones have an amazing ability to reduce outside sounds. I turned them on for the first time and it went quiet - even with TV sound and conversation going on around me.
These are the earphones for anyone interested in reducing surrounding sounds while still listening to music or watch a video. They sit comfortably in the ear and are not intrusive as many earphones and ear plugs can be. BOSE quality and sound are all there.

THE Best Noise Cancelling that money can buy!

I've owned the QC15s, QC25s and now the QC20s for Apple devices. Let me first start off by stating that the fit was flawless, for earbuds, and the design ensures they don't fall out of the ear. I loved my QC25s, but after hearing the difference in noise cancellation, I don't even use the QC25's anymore. With the QC20s, I'm able to drown out all of the backdrop noise at work (i.e., 15 - 20% more than QC25s, to me) and the television from family members when I'm at home. It's eery how well the noise cancelling works. I'm not an audiophile, but these are the best headphones I've ever owned and I thought I'd never be able to say that about a pair of earbuds. The only minor gripe I have is that the case seems a bit small, which forces you to bend the cables near the noise cancellation component. I just worry about the effects over time, but I guess it's ok, as I haven't read any reviews regarding defective or broken wiring as a result. Anyways, 5 stars!!!

Extremely Perfect

I bought it since October and I am using it almost 5 days a week on an average of 3-4 hours. It completely isolates you from your surroundings, no matter the traffic and noise surrounding you.
Battery Life is also perfect, I guess i have recharged it maximum

Small Wonder

I am a proud owner of the QC15. Had to replace it twice in the past few years; it was just one of those things, hah. I wanted to try these to see if the awesomeness of QC15 could be fit into something so much smaller. Today is my first day with the QC20 and I have to admit that I'm seriously considering pawning my QC15 on Facebook already. I've had the SoundSport models; they were the first in-ear headphones that made sense to me and didn't have me banging my frustrated head. The best part of QC20 is the ability to use it without batteries. It's basically a better sounding version of SoundSport. I am rocking them at work with no noise-cancellation on and it still sounds spectacular. I have yet to test out the battery life and see how it compares to the QC15, but I feel optimistic!

Impeccable Sound Quality

When I received these earphones, I first tried them without the noise cancelling feature and they sounded like any other ear buds on the market. But when i turned the noise cancelling on, it was like being in a concert hall. Very rich and vibrant sound.
But the true test was how they performed on an airline flight. Usually when I fly, I use my QC15 around ear headset. On the flight last week I was pleasantly surprised with the performance of the QC 20 ear phones. While they did not quite cancel all of the ambient noise, they did cancel about 90% of the noise that the QC15's cancel. Quite impressive for an in ear headphone. If you are looking for an in ear solution, these are the earphones to have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It really helps whenever I travel. It’s easy to pack and I can use it when I watch a movie in the plane, then I accidentally kicked it when I raised my leg up, bending the tip. So I called Bose and they gave me a brand new replacement! I just love the sound and I love using it! All my speakers, PA system, home theatre system, etc. are all Bose.
