Great sound, amazing N/C performance and comfort

Example: bought my second Bose N/C headphones, replacing my previous on-ear models. An awesome upgrade in every way. More comfortable for long wear times, better noise-cancelling (airplane rides are so much quieter) and improved music.

Great Sound - Cheap Wire

The sound quality is great. However, after one year of usage the wires are breaking and black cover came off the black dongle.

The only earphones I will ever use!

They are my favourite earphones of all time, I can't listen to any other earphone on the train now because they all don't cancel out noise. Incredible noise cancelling. The only thing I don't like that much is the way it looks, because it's pretty bolky, but that is my only negative.

THE Best Noise Cancelling that money can buy!

I've owned the QC15s, QC25s and now the QC20s for Apple devices. Let me first start off by stating that the fit was flawless, for earbuds, and the design ensures they don't fall out of the ear. I loved my QC25s, but after hearing the difference in noise cancellation, I don't even use the QC25's anymore. With the QC20s, I'm able to drown out all of the backdrop noise at work (i.e., 15 - 20% more than QC25s, to me) and the television from family members when I'm at home. It's eery how well the noise cancelling works. I'm not an audiophile, but these are the best headphones I've ever owned and I thought I'd never be able to say that about a pair of earbuds. The only minor gripe I have is that the case seems a bit small, which forces you to bend the cables near the noise cancellation component. I just worry about the effects over time, but I guess it's ok, as I haven't read any reviews regarding defective or broken wiring as a result. Anyways, 5 stars!!!

A Quality Product

I don't typically write reviews for products but these QC20i earbuds have literally changed my daily commute to/from work on Chicago's CTA Commuter Train system. The noise cancelling is astonishing given the amount of ambient noise, all the while while maintaining the clarity of the audio that would normally be drowned completely out. The only suggestion I would make is to find a method to attach the noise cancelling module to the player (in my case, an iPod touch) I tried to use velcro but it wouldn't stick to the material of the module so instead, I secure it to the back of my iPod with a simple rubber band...

I brought this a week ago and its by far better than any beats i had. As a 17 year old in New York City constantly taking the train and hearing noises, these headphones cancel out everything. They work wonders, however i do want to try the Q25s to compare them. The only annoying thing is having the battery adapter at the bottom. It ruins the speed of putting your phone away and its a hassle. Which makes me want to try the Q25. They should make a all black pair.

I've been using (the older model) QC 20 for two plus years now and still there is nothing available in the market close to this and hence I'm planning to buy another. The comfort especially on the long 12+ hrs flights is exceptional. Also for the long teleconferences there is nothing more comfortable. The ear piece is exceptional and very durable. I wished the battery pack (brown plastic casing) was more durable especially in warmer weather. But still no loss or degradation of its full functionality.

Extremely Perfect

I bought it since October and I am using it almost 5 days a week on an average of 3-4 hours. It completely isolates you from your surroundings, no matter the traffic and noise surrounding you.
Battery Life is also perfect, I guess i have recharged it maximum
