I will not be without these!!

I create closed captions for live television news, live sporting events on television and sports arenas and many other types of live events for a national captioning company based in the United States. I wear my earbuds 5-6 days a week for 6-8 hours a day on average. It is critical that I hear what the people speaking on my live events are saying clearly so that I caption the person speaking correctly. These earbuds have held up beautifully, especially considering the extensive use! I recently purchased a second pair so that I have a "back up" if needed. I contacted customer service today with a few questions and they were so friendly and helpful! I own other Bose products and will most definitely purchase more in the future!

Best for air travel

Not worth buying

Had these for 2 hours and took them right back to store for a full refund. Have 2 other Bose products. Love them! But these were a huge let down. Sound quality was poor. Noise Cancel was ok but volume very low.

Sometimes my job requires me to call someone while in loud areas and the noise cancellation makes the call so easy. My volume buttons do not work but the pause button works great! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a good fitting headphone and noise canceler. I never knew i needed these until i got them!
