UNREASONABLY EXPENSIVE

Great conceptual ideal and quality execution without much complaint.

It is a great noise cancelling headphone but it´s fragile and, worst thant that, it´s limited because is not compatible with samsung android and Iphone, so if you have a samsung and a ipod it will not workout. So, it´s very limited, a pit....

There are two variants of them: Samsung and Apple. These distinctions relate to the microphone and buttons on the headset. They will certainly work for listening to audio on any device that has a standard headphone jack. With the audio devices you've mentioned, we'd recommend the Samsung variant to take advantage of the call feature. Most customers find that they love that convenience.
In addition, you've described the headphones as fragile. These are designed to standup to the rigors of everyday use and many customers travel with them. If you have a physical issue with the headphones, we'd like to know about that.

Painful

Length of ownership:1 week
Pros: not wireless (safe), good noise cancellation
Cons: 1) earbuds too big for my ears and difficult to insert and caused a lot of pain in just a few hours. 2) wire twists up to your chin and impossible to untwist it. 3) don't like the color (black/blue), very masculine looking, I wanted white which is not available anymore.
Overall: Due to pain will definitely return ASAP and I'm disappointed that it wasn't designed for females in mind.

as a fan of most bose products the reviews for the qc bose 20 headphones are mixed.
the next version of the control module should be be smaller with a straight headphone jack

Thank you for taking the time to post a review of the QC20v2 headset. There are now two models of QC20 headphones, one is compatible with select iPod, iPhone and iPad models and is now available in two new color designs – Black and White.
Another model, available in Black only, provides greater functionality with select Samsung Galaxy smartphones.
The carry case for both models has an updated look, and is designed for usability and durability

I bought these fancy stuff 2 days ago,it is absolutely amazing,I'm telling you guys I used expensive earphones before but there is no quality to discuss of any earphone or headphone when in a noisy situation,you don't even understand what you listen,lets discuss about qc20 or qc25,there is no noise cancel with this price can better than these on earth,less people notice but they are very light weight,so where you can but battery thing people ask a lot ? The answer is ; where you put your phone ,you can put battery on..Peace..

Can't get a good fit

Good.... but

I am now on my third QuietComfort 20 headphones as the first two cables failed (one after 6 months; the second after 18 months) despite very little use and no wear and tear. I just received my third replacement pair yesterday only to find out that the new iPhone wont have a headphone jack so now these are useless to me. When I requested a replacement several weeks ago, it would have been nice to know that
