great sound

I bought the QC20 for the noise cancelling & the volume control. My complaint is
that it works for " I phone, I touch" etc. only. I have a Surface 3.The sound is great,
but if someone wants to talk, you have to remove the ear bud. There must be others who
have both systems with the same problem. Otherwise, the earphones are great.

Great sound/noise cancel, EXCELLENT CUST SERVICE

I purchased my original In-Ear Noise Cancelling ear buds several years ago. However, two different sets have had with a few months of use, a popping sound that slowly just culminated into them becoming inoperative. However, Bose quickly replaced them at no cost to me. The sound cancelling is excellent and the customer service is excellent beyond compare. I am hoping my third pair is a charm.

Disappointed with purchase

I have had version one for two years and loved them and list them and bought the new version immediately to replace them.

Exceptional sound quality - but mic broke

I purchased my BOSE QC 20 noise canceling ear-phones for Android devices 2.5 years ago. They have an exceptional sound quality and per all accounts do absolutely cut out background noise to a very large extent, such as on an airplane. Even more so than the Bose noise canceling over-the-head headphones! However, I went on a walk here in Texas the other day and must have sweated on the microphone...and now the microphone has completely stopped working. And I'm pretty sure the noise canceling does not work now as well. It does not seem to cut out background vacuum cleaner noise any more. So I'd recommend this product as long as you will not be performing any sort of heated activity while wearing them. I'd love to get a new pair, but now that I know they just outlive the warranty by a factor of 2, I can't justify the expense personally.

Lots of improvements need to be done

Pros:
Perfect size for traveling & universal USB charger
Fast charging time & moderate operating time (2 hours of charge=16 hours of operation)
Best choice to use in hot environment (summertime, confined space with no AC unit)

Cons:
Constant white noise (similar to your radio on an unoccupied frequency)
fragile (remember how fragile QC15 was? QC 20 does exactly that)
Limited useability (I use ipod and an Android cellphone at the same time, no good)

Should you wish to purchase it, be aware that this unit will not isolate your hearing ability from the world like QC25 does. This means you better use it to play musics or airline travel instead of helping you focus on work/study.
The QC20 is not good in its current state but it has potential. I really hope Bose can do some improvements over its white noise and unit integrity like what the awesome upgrade they did on QC25.

Great Sound

These ear phones are superb although the volume control no longer works with my iPhone!
The price means you look after this bit of kit more carefully than cheaper brands so pretty disappointed

I've Had These Phones For Almost A Year And Are Still Very Satisfied With Them A Excellent Pair Of Headphones Activate The Noise Cancelling Feature And All You Hear Is The Music.
