Excellent noise canceling in an earbud.

First let me say that I might be a little bias. This is my sixth Bose product. However, this is an excellent product. The noise canceling is exceptional. I have a pair of QC15 (which are also excellent) and the QC20 are on par if not superior to those.One feature that I like a lot is the aware mode which allows you to hear what's going on around you without having to take the earbuds out. The sound is nice, clear and the buds are comfortable to wear for long periods. Though the price is steep the product is very good.

Great for travel but falls apart

These are great headphones but they need to come out with a more durable cable. I have had to replace the headphones due to the cable becoming loose and cracking near the battery box.

Excellent for plane and skype.

I am a frequent traveler, and I owned the on-Ear Noice cancelation, the bigger QC, however, if you want to pack light "which I do", then save space and get this one, use it allot for short to long flights, it can stand ling flights" 14 hours+...
The second adv why I love those over the on-ear is the MIC, I can skype, use skype for business without the need to carry another pair for conferences and online meetings.
Its well built and very reliable

Best sound EVER!

I picked up a set of QC20i's in London several months ago. I also own a pair of their over-ear noise-cancelling headphones, but found their sound too "tinny." Certain high frequencies are attenuated and they kind of hurt my ears. Not these!! These are the best "in-ear" phones I have ever owned. Once the sound cancellation kicks in, the music just explodes. Tons of bass and pure, unadulterated highs and mids. I have never heard music sound so full from such a small set of phones. I love 'em. HIGHLY recommended!!!

Amazing! Helps keep me sane as I travel!

I have been using my noise canceling earbuds for 2 years and LOVE them! I will not travel without them! It blocks out the noise of the world around you on the airplane or train. I get so much more done and am relaxed at the end of the trip! It is a MUST have in my carryon!

A little bit of Heaven on Earth!

Got a pair of the new WHITE version...very styling and WOW....major noise cancellation and dynamic sound. I was immediately hooked even after being a skeptic of 'ear buds' and using the over the ear Bose noise cancellation headsets for YEARS lugging them around the world a roadwarrior/weekly flyer. Never again, sorry....these QC20 earbuds are my new best friend I won't leave home without.
Will definitely enjoy them on a upcoming trip to SE Asia...was dreading that flight and pondering if I wanted to take the over the ear headphones....glad I bought these..so much easier to travel with and WORK.

Love the sound!!!

I've had my for over a year and love this noise canceling feature and the sound. My only complaint is where the jack comes out of the on/ off control has freyed away because of the bending point. They should have it reinforced at that point. I've had to put tape on my but they eventually broke at that point. I wouldn't buy these until they have fixed that issue. Not worth replacing every year.

Fantastic until they broke:-( The "aware" button has let these down within 8 months, but bizarrely because they also work as regular headphones, I didnt notice until I tried to use the aware function and realised they had broken...
I should be annoyed but these go literally everywhere; the daily train commute, cycling, the gym, and countless airport x-ray machines, which may not have helped their demise...
Would I buy another pair? Absolutely, nothing else comes close.
