I bought them I was abroad 2 years ago n till now they are still working great .
In my opinion to get something BEST you need to pay more money . that is okey for me n worth it.

Great purchase

I travel a lot and I have had mine for 6 months and they are amazing. Fantastic sound and when I go to noise canceling, it blocks out airplane and airport noise. They are essential and one of the best purchases I have made.

I am never disappointed with Bose and the QC20 is no exception. They are well made, fit very comfortably, seal out the noise even with the noise canceling off and even better and richer with it on.

Love the fit and cancelling

I've had the earphones for over a year and use them to quiet the noisy air conditioning sound that you find everywhere. Even if you don't listen to music, these are specacular. I've used them mowing the lawn and even on a motorcycle where they are not so adaptable to the wind noise and earplugs are better.

I bought these a week ago and absolutely love them. They cancel out the noise while mowing the grass and even sweeping the house. Other earbuds have made my ears hurt, the ear piece is very comfortable. I contacted Bose to see what will happen if something goes wrong with them or if the battery goes out in a few years. They said they would replace them out with no problem. Also I love the customer service with Bose.

High performance, noise-canceling, in-ear phones

I bought two pair for my wife and I. She needs the small ear tips and I need the large ear tips. These in-ear phones work great and significantly reduce outside noise interference. I've used the over-ear and on-ear phones during international flights and they work great, but eventually irritate the ears. The in-ear phones fit snuggly and can remain in the ear for hours on end with no irritation. Make sure you use the properly sized ear tips or you will experience outside noise infiltrating the ear drum by bypassing the ear tip. We highly recommend these in-ear phones and are considering purchasing pairs for our daughters and their husbands.
