It is a great noise cancelling headphone but it´s fragile and, worst thant that, it´s limited because is not compatible with samsung android and Iphone, so if you have a samsung and a ipod it will not workout. So, it´s very limited, a pit....

There are two variants of them: Samsung and Apple. These distinctions relate to the microphone and buttons on the headset. They will certainly work for listening to audio on any device that has a standard headphone jack. With the audio devices you've mentioned, we'd recommend the Samsung variant to take advantage of the call feature. Most customers find that they love that convenience.
In addition, you've described the headphones as fragile. These are designed to standup to the rigors of everyday use and many customers travel with them. If you have a physical issue with the headphones, we'd like to know about that.

Great all around

I am experiencing amazing sound quality when listening to music or watching streaming videos via Netflix. My only feedback is for the charging unit to have more chord length between unit and headphone jack. Keep up the great work Bose!

Amazing Ambient Sound Reduction

I bought the new Bose QuietComfort 20 for Apple Products earphones for noise cancelling during long international flights. I researched the market for lots of products and read many reviews from differing sources about the BOSE earphones. Without a doubt these earphones have an amazing ability to reduce outside sounds. I turned them on for the first time and it went quiet - even with TV sound and conversation going on around me.
These are the earphones for anyone interested in reducing surrounding sounds while still listening to music or watch a video. They sit comfortably in the ear and are not intrusive as many earphones and ear plugs can be. BOSE quality and sound are all there.

The only way to travel

I had the over the ear noise-cancelling headphones for about a year until the in-ear ones came out. I jumped at the opportunity since I like to sleep on planes. I cannot imagine flying without them now. When it's time to get off the plane and I take them off, I'm still so amazed at the difference in noise level. I often don't even turn the music on, and just enjoy the silence. I used to dread it when I had to be on a plane with screaming kids. Now I don't even hear them. Liked them so much, I bought my husband a pair.

Travel Friendly / Best Sound

Finally found the quality sound I was looking for in a convenient package for my frequent travels! Bose is Bose, but I was losing hope of finding a device with awesome voice canceling feature that was easy to carry (ugh! those over the head ones can take a lot of room when traveling light for business!) I am very please with the awesome sound and quality of these buds --as good as my old Bose but not as bulky!

Great Buy

Though these are very expensive, but I doubt you can't find a comparable pair of earphones anywhere else. To be honest, the sound quality is not phenomenal if compare to other products of similar prices. However, sometimes it's more important to hear the music clearly instead of blindly pursuing quality of sound. Because of the combination of QC20's fantastic noise cancelling quality and a decent sound quality, I can't live without these. In addition, because my ears are a little bit weird and cannot hold any kind of in-ear headphones other than sport ones and these, I'm so happy that I can finally listen to music while working out. Can't be more satisfied.

Just amazing

I just love them. Easy to carry around, can wear them while sleeping in planes. Now I almost don't use my Q25 headphones anymore.
