My Favorite . Have been using for two years and never saw any issues. The wires are very strong and do not mingle or mix up. Noise cancellation is perfect.
I have had these for several years. They are fantastic and stay in my ear. I run with them daily and I never have to touch/adjust them. While running, I often make a call and have no complaints about the sound quality. I commute with them and the noise cancelling is great. I purchased these over the QC 15/25/35 series because they are compact and I can run with them.
These are the best headphones out there, but still not perfect. The sound quality 5 star, the fit is 5 star, the battery lasts well long enough, the portability and durability is 5 star. The only real complaint is that they get tangled often making it difficult start using. I can’t wait til this becomes Bluetooth enabled.
Sadly, I couldn't get the ear buds to fit. The medium sized buds hurt my ear canal and the little hook shaped dealy on the small ones wasn't big enough to hold the bud in place. Noise cancellation was fantastic though when I wore with the medium buds. If only there was a bud that fit a small ear canal but a regular sided ear.
I've been using this Bose product for the past two years. I wear them on airplane flights, while working out and in the office. Anywhere I don't want to be disturbed by ambient noise and other conversations (like in an open office environment), these ear pieces really work well. I've recommended to others and they've also been highly impressed with the noise cancelling and sound quality properties. I also like the fact that they come in a compact case that doesn't take the space of larger noise cancelling headphones and that they recharge quite quickly.
Rubber housing came apart within a year. Audio connector frayed as well. Picks up hum when charging (doesn't suppress electrical noise - decent audio cancellation, but this kills it). Ear tips are a bit shabby as well. Not worth the price considering how quickly it falls apart. Current unit is all taped up and sort of works.

Hi there,
Thank you for purchasing and taking the time to review our QuietComfort 20 Noise Cancelling Headphones. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the Noise Cancelling features of the headphones, however I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the housing for the headphones and would highly recommend that you reach out to our customer support team via the contact us page so we can assist you further.
I chose the in-ear style as I have a large head. I wanted noise-cancelling to eliminate airplane engine noise when flying and found the QC20 are very good at doing so. Music listening is great from hard rock to classical. They work quite well for phone call use. They are very good for reducing noise in the open office environment. Never had a problem with mine for 4 years until losing them in a airport concourse. Bought another set this morning ahead my next plane flight.
Got these about 5 months ago and I wear them every day. They are great for conference calls with my laptop and listening to music to get stuff done. Wouldn't trade these for anything.
