Absolutely Perfect

These earbuds have delivered very well. Sometimes people will be talking to me for several minutes and I can't even hear them. The audio quality is incredible and long lasting. I have had mine for over a year, and they still work to their fullest potential. The battery pack takes a small amount of time to get used to but it is worth it. It is very slim and can slip into your pocket with your phone. With this purchase, I now chose Bose as my go to for audio. They stay in my ear when running or moving, and they stay so comfortably, you can hardly tell they are there. Being in high school and in contact sports, they took a beating over the last year, and they have not changed a bit. Great design, nice color, but a little big, then again, you don't buy earbuds for the looks.

Great Product

Had a pair of the first series over the ear noise cancelling headphones and the were fantastic. They have lasted 12 years and over hundred flights. I’ve had the QuietComfort 20 for 3 years and they are even better than my first pair.

I have had these headphones for a number of years now. And the battery life is still surprisingly robust. The sound is virtually the same as QC35 ii, with the added comfort of no bulk. I would recommend them for anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These little headphones will change your life! They're small, light and incredibly comfortable. You can put them in your pocket or your bag without any issue so they're great for traveling. I'm sure you're thinking, they can't really be great at noice cancelling and that's where you'd be wrong. These things block out everything and I refuse to fly without them. Whether its the roar of the engines or an unruly 2 year old in the row behind you, these are an absolute must for traveling. Finally, I've had these for over 200 flights and they're still going strong so durability has really blown me away - I'd hardly say I'm gentle with these.

Great Sounds - Very Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Bose headphones, I have these for when I travel on planes and cannot use the Bluetooth. My only criticism is that, since the headphones are made specifically for either Apple or non-Apple products, the Apple-friendly headphones should have the Apple cable. Having to us the Apple adaptor sucks. Otherwise, I don't have any issues with these headphones.

So worth the money!

I bought this earphones (QC20i) after suggestion of one of my colleagues and as everyone is aware price is not cheap. But so wort the money! Honestly best thing I bought for long haul flights, working in an open office environment and whenever you need to turn surrounding noise off and simply focus without losing music quality. It does magic! I simply love to use it on plane, and they are easy to sleep with since they are buds I they are not falling off each time I turn my head. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
My only wish is that cord between mic and phone is bit longer.

I bought this 1.5 years ago and absolutely LOVE it! Originally got the over-the-ear Bose Noise Cancelling headphones about 4 years ago to use on flights, but desired something more compact, so got these ear buds. They very effectively cancel noise on flights--just as effective as the over-the-ear headphones. (With both headsets, I find I am much less fatigued after a cross country flight--they really work!) The music quality is fabulous. I love these so much that I use them all the time--on the bus commute, when walking on noisy city streets. It is like being surrounded by a calm and peaceful cloud of music in the midst of a hectic noisy world. yes, they are expensive, but worth every dollar. I highly recommend them!

Noise Canceling Ear Buds That Wrok

I got the QC20 for my wife and she loved them. She gave away her QC-15's. I tried them and fell in love. I have been using the android model. I kept my QC-15's and do find them a bit more effective, if more cumbersome, on long flights. But I use my QC-20's at the gym, on shorter flights, in the car, and in my shop. The QC-20s are the only noise canceling earbuds I have tried that actually work. I bought the Sony model when it came out. I have tried a few knock offs. None really worked. The Bose QC 20's actually work.
If you are into fine audio quality this review will not help you much. I am not an aficionado. I am into sound canceling effectiveness, clarity of podcasts and clarity movies, and coping with conference calls in noisy airports.
By the way the Android model works fine on Apple products (with fewer button controls) but the Apple model will not work properly on Android phones. (You can listen but the microphone will not work)
