Unsuable....purchased as a result of low toner message. Once replaced, printer now says: "Ink System Failure." Unused and Need to Return 920XL - Yellow
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
I am sorry to hear about the problem with your printer. It is understandable if you are disappointed with the cartridge, but it is unlikely that the cartridge is at fault.
Usually that message indicates a problem with the printer. You can test that by putting in the old cartridge again.
Sometimes the message can be cleared by simply resetting the printer. You do that by unplugging it (while it is turned on), waiting a bit and then plugging it back in.
