Although the footprint is a little larger than most, it is moldable and stays in place. On sale this mount couldn't be beat. I was tired of the windshield mount always falling off in the hot sun and this item fits all of our cars.

This mount functioned really well when traveling. It did not slip or fall from the dash even though it is not "glued" down. The mount lets you easily remove it from the dash and place it on the floor of your car so it is not visible to be stolen when you are away from your car.
