When I took this out of the package, it didn't stick on my dashboard at all! The pictures on the packaging made it look like this thing would mold to any dashboard, but I couldn't get it to stick at all. And my dashboard only curves a little bit. So I packaged it up and returned it. The little dashboard mount that comes with my Nuvi 265 WT works great, so I'm sticking with that!
What's great about it: I don't know!
What's not so great: It didn't stick on my dashboard!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible GPS friction mount

This friction mount is tacky on the bottom which is supposed to keep it secure to the dash but the edges curl up so it doesn't sit flat on the surface. Not only does it not sit well but it looks terrible.
What's great about it: Simple to set up
What's not so great: Base curls up on sides so it doesn't sit flat on the dashboard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
