So far I have not had an issue with this unit. It is powering my wife’s computer, cable box, switch, modem and router without any problems. We have not had a power outage as yet but I purchased a different model number of this brand and is working fine and gotten me through two short outages.

This product was purchased for an office with thirty computer users. The install team said it was very easy to install - plug & play. It is light weight (relatively speaking) so it will not stress the bolts mounting the rack (it can also be set on the floor if you don't use a rack). The company has a good reputation for building quality products and this product is good.

This is a very good back up battery device. It has a total of 10 outlets with five which are backed up to the backup battery. I do notice some undervoltage situations periodically which I would like to see in a more narrow range. But, for the price it may not be possible to get better than this.
