Not a thing that didn't like about this slicer except that it didn't have a longer stroke on it. Was doing bacon and needed about 3 inches more room on the amount of stroke. But was able to work around that so would recommend

Fair but not what i had expected

Part of the slide is plastic and the grip does not hold items well. The motor does not turn the blade that fast. It also has plastic gears inside. It does clean fairly easy. Probably good for smaller meats and such but not for larger items. Overall for the price I say fair but not great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
