This remote has proven, after about a month of usage, to be indeed better built than the similar (but lower grade) 650/670 series. It has a touch of sturdiness that makes it feel more rugged, comfortable and easier to use than the others. The difference is only related to its physical appearance/build, not software wise, as its customizing is identical to the other ones.

Easy setup as long as you know that the first three "watch tv, listen to music and watch a movie" will be moved to the buttons not the display. Also add the activities in the order you with them to appear in the display but remember the earlier sentence about the first three inputs.

I currently own the Logitech One remote and needed a second remote for parents house. The Harmony 700 is a perfect solution for those who simply have IR devices and don't need all the bells and whistles. Battery life is good and remote functions quickly and reliably.
