Everything is great, but small problems

It cannot identify Amazon Fire Tv.
It cannot start/stop Xfinity receiver. When you configure activity with that receiver, it doesn't show the operation of start/stop.
Numbers are at the bottom of the remote, and this is a long remote, so small kids don't find it very comfortable to dial a 3 digit channel number.
