Easy to set up, does what it is supposed to do. My wife is happy because she only needs one remote to control everything.
What's great about it: Easy set up
What's not so great: A battery level indicator would help

It took awhile to get used to it and I'm still not able to get into my WebTV, but other than that, I really like it
What's great about it: Everything on one remote
What's not so great: Can't get into WebTV

Easy setup, simply transfered from older model

Upgraded two older Harmony remotes to Harmony 700 series. Selected due to need for less than 6 devices for each remote. Both upgraded/replaced the older remotes without issue. One of the two subseqently reprogramed following complete age related failure of componet systems it was managing. Easily accomplished by deleting all devices, adding new devices and establishing desirered actions: watch tv, watch tivo, watch blue ray, listen radio, listen CD. Quick easy painless. Happy customer...
What's great about it: Easy setup, comfortable handling
What's not so great: Not sure there is anthing that not great

easy setup--similar layout to other remotes

The USB and PC software programming method is easy to perform once you get used to the software and how the remote works. I programmed the remote for my TV, DVR, BluRay and AVR with no problems. I made a programming mistake for volume control, but was able to fix that with no problems.
This remote is easy to use, intuitive, and has similar functions as the DVR remote, which is used the most. I also programmed and removed specific button commands from the AVR, so that I can now do everything I want with this one remote vs. four. I am impressed.
What's great about it: programs easy, custom programming, easy to use
What's not so great: need to get used to the setup, like with any remote
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent remote easy for anyone to set up and use

My fiance and I are really happy with this remote. We disliked having three remotes to run our media. Now we just have the one and it works great. The buttons on our receiver remote never worked well so we couldn't turn the volume up easily, now the Logitech does it. We highly recommend this product. Great investment. Easier to use than the remotes you're probably using now, for sure.

Purchased to replace our Model 550 which started to have sticking buttons. This one is easier to use and my wife really likes it. Highly recommended!
