Quit working after 3 weeks

The product stop working after 3 weeks. First the subwoofer went out then the whole product stop working completely. I contacted the manufacturer 10 days ago and provided my receipt . Still waiting on a response from manufacturer. 09/30/2016

After upgrading from a small 2.1 system, all I can say is wow ,
I noticed right away , great bass and lot more power, put a foam pad underneath my sub, tightened up the bass nice, it makes my computer viewing so much better.

These speakers put out a lot clean sound. But if you're looking for speakers that are loud and have a good amount of bass, these speakers are not for you. Bass is very disappointing

Problems from day one.

Was in the market for new speakers and did a little research only to find that these pro media's were suppose to sound top notch! I mean, 230 ratings with an average of 4.8 out of 5 stars, what could possibly go wrong..? Well, day one, the right speaker sounds really distorted. Even when changing the volume all the way down, the right speaker would never go all the way down, weird. Also when turning volume up, left speaker would get loud, right speaker wouldn't. So perhaps a bad right speaker from the factory? Oh and for the record, I have my speaker with the volume/bass knobs on the left side, it's the speaker without the knobs that was having problems. Anyways, I checked my connections on the back of the subwoofer, unplugged/plugged back in everything and everything seemed to work fine after that, or at least for about a week. Now when I adjust the volume the right speaker sometimes cuts in and out, gets loud then quiet. Usually when I have my volume set the problem goes away and both speakers sound balanced and very clear. With so many positive reviews of these speakers I'll probably just exchange them and try again. However some of the other negative reviews suggest that this type of problem can come at any point even a year down the road which leads me to believe there is a problem at the factory. Perhaps I'll go with a different brand after all. Too bad, they really sound awesome when they work.
What's great about it: Sound is superb for price
What's not so great: Materials, craftsmanship, questionable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Maybe my experience is different than the majority. I have not purchased a product that has had as many issues as this.
First issue I had was when plugging my i phone into the music port on the control pod to listen to music, i heard a loud pop followed by a humming noise and smoke from the subwoofer, really???amplifier was taken out by static electricity. Klipsch was good at sending a replacement.
Ok, cannot really judge a product if one issue arises. But, then the second issue. One speaker is louder and more clear than the other. Now I am starting to regret the purchase. Plug the speaker in one at a time, in either the left or right speaker connection at the amplifier and it is always lower and muddy than the other speaker, regardless of source, or if it is connected to a computer of tv. A speaker issue most likely related to problem 1.
System is far from abused, used occasionally, at lower volumes but volume is not what created my issue in the first place.There are some design flaws, and is kind of expensive for what you get.
Lesson learned, computer speakers regardless of who puts it out are made to a price point and will always be some compromise in either sound or reliability.
What's great about it: sub woofer is punchy
What's not so great: reliability
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased this set 3 years ago. had very good sound quality. used minimally- about 50 hours grand total of use in 3 years. Amplifier/ woofer died suddenly without apparent cause. because of this, I have to rank this item low because it did not last and meet my expectations for durability. I take good care of mt suff and expect it to last for a long time.
What's great about it: sound
What's not so great: amplifier/ woofer died in 3 years with minimal use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do you want more [Bang] for your money Go Klipsch!!! These speakers are amazing in every way. Boss watch out. The warranty says [TRUST] 5years is amazing. Some of Klipsch prouducts in the pass had a lifetime warranty... I had the companion5 by boss returned it. Boss dont compare; lost of sound on our first date and the bass was always gone I could never find it in the room!! If you find her let him know I replaced her with Klipsch for $149.99 compared to $399.99 of problems!!!
