Temperature

I’m having trouble with program. The refrigerator is stuck on high temp and I can’t get it out of that mode. Nothing in manual other then to turn off alarm. Programming needs to have way more information in manual!

We apologize we for matters that you are currently experiencing with your refrigerator. If a malfunction causes an unsafe temperature inside the freezer, the high temp will display on the control panel and the alarm will sound. To silence the alarm, press the set button next to the “alarm off” indicator on the display or any key on the control panel.
If this does not resolve your matte, do not hesitate to reach out to consumer care at 1-800-374-4432 Monday-Friday 8:30am-8pm EST at your convenience.

I love my refrigerator, it is so beautiful and sleek. Every time I pass by it I reach out and touch it. It is awesome in every way. Superior to most. It was made with me in mind. Why you ask? Because it is the center point of our kitchen and a thing of beauty.
