Most difficult to open

The magnet inside the unit is so strong that it makes opening it so difficult that everything inside shakes and move around. Too, it seems that the unit is going to fall forward. This is a real problem with glass items. Unfortunately there isn’t a way to anchor it to the rear wall.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding the door seal. When the freezer door is opened, warm air rushes in-side. When you close the door, all the warm air rushes to the evaporator which causes a vacuum. This will cause the door to be hard to open for about 10 to 15 seconds after closing. Lots of room in side, sharp looking

I liked the old one better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 25+ year old Kenmore with this unit. I don't see how in the world this could be used as a refrigerator, but that doesn't matter since we only use it as a freezer. This thing is so loud that we can hear it running from inside the house. I know a good seal is what you want, but we're senior citizens and it almost takes two of us to yank, pry and force it open. Add to the fact the delivery people were less than accommodating so it's no where near level. Overall, even though I hope this one outlives us, I wish I had my old one back.

Nice but not all impressed

Looks elegant , gets cery cold and great inside lighting and great seal.
Cons; space inside couldnbe better. Should be heavier due to the fact. Of seal making it hard to open door, freezer moves when trying to open it. Compressor. Is very loud and we can hear it across house.
It works well, but for the money spent on it, I expected a much quieter unit.
