Cool Refrigerator

We just got our convertible freezer/ refer on 6-15-2016. I needed a refrigerator only as we live in a 5800 sqft house that was designed to have a freezer in the pantry and the refer in the kitchen. For a house this size I needed at least 20 cubic feet of refer space and my opening was already set. After much research this is looked like the best fit for my needs. We just set it up and it is perfect! Love the digital read out on the door and the adjustable shelves work great. Started it up and it went to 38 degrees and held temp in just a few minutes and it is super quiet too! so far very pleased with this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the misfortune of having our four freezers and refrigerators go belly-up simultaneously, and my spouse convinced me to pay up for these units. I confess that I had reservations paying that kind of money, but now, I can see she was right. Quiet, spacious, well insulated, good building materials inside and out, well lit, designed intelligently,… You name it. We really like the flexibility these units provide as both freezers or fridges; when you have a large family and entertain, that's a great feature. We've also liked the locks on the units; they've kept our two- and three year olds from getting into things. Bottom line, we've been very satisfied.

Excellent Product, great features and great price

This is more than 20 cubit feet of storage for meat, grocery and vegetable! Sits right next to the other fridge-freezer and blends in with the rest of the kitchen appliances. Able to switch from freezer to fridge if needed. Comes with lock to keep out unwelcome foragers. My six year-old and two year-old, after years of messing around with the other fridge, constantly opening and leaving the door open, struggle to open this Frigidaire even when it's not locked. Great impact on the budget too! More fresh produce from the farm, fewer trip to the supermarket Totally love it :-)

Well Built Freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that this freezer can be switched to being a refrigerator when needed. I was worried that children could accidently turn the freeze function off and ruin food, but was relieved to find out how well the control lock function works. It would be hard to for that to happen on purpose. The appliance has functioned very well and the only issue I have had is with the door seal vacuuming shut and making it difficult to reopen. This can be remedied by breaking the seal with your finger before you open the door. Other than that minor design flaw, I'm happy overall with my freezer!

Lots of room but Plastic shelves break

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the fridge. However 3 of the plastic shelves/doors broke within 6 months. Warranty was honored & new ones sent. The door is so hard to open it takes 2 hands. Rubber door gasket & magnet split within 3 months and was also replaced. Lots of room & very bright inside.

Great freezer

The temp. on the door lets me know if the freezer is working properly. I am considering replacing my chest freezer with a second upright. Best freezer I have ever owned.

Style and functionality
