Love this product. I have a 16 year old vitamix, and have enjoyed it immensely. However, when I saw my friends nutribullet, the ease of cleaning, the ability for individual servings, the versatility of the containers, the support books for drink ideas and soups, the durability of the machine, I knew its potential and bought one for my entire family. They love it. I have since also purchased nutribullet lean for myself since I like morning drinks more green than my fam. They both work as wonderful solutions for providing myself and my family healthy diets.

I have been very disappointed with my expensive purchase. At least once a week I have leaking everywhere. The rubber gasket comes off often. When I managed to connect for warranty work, the only solution is to mail my nutribullet in for repair or replacement, not knowing how long it will take to get it back.

I lived my NutriBullet and in less than 2 years it stopped working. It only come with a 15 month warranty. I'm a bit disappointed.

I have been using my Rx twice a day for a couple of months now and it's an awesome machine. The resulting blends are the smoothest I have seen; far better than my old Ninja, although it,too, is a very good blender. It is easy to believe that the Rx is able to provide maximum nutrient extraction. That's why I bought it and I am glad I did. Also Nutribullet has provided great customer service.
