I buy this unit because the one i use every day for pass for years started to make a strange noise but this unit the RX is the best it makes hot soup and use it every morning to make my drink and i am 65 and never feel better thank you

I find the design of the bullit not user friendly. The single blade (vs the Ninja) means you have to stir the contents in order to get a smooth blend. In order to stir, you have to remove the vessel, take it apart, stir, put back together, repeat. Poor, poor design

I was concerned when I first opened the box to find such a bulky appliance, however, it has proved to exceed my expectations. I use it every morning for my protein shake, and I use lots of ice. This blender handles the load with ease and there are no worries. I have a smooth, icy, delightfully refreshing shake and I'm off and running the rest of the day.

Does not always chop ice. So I use crushed but sometimes it still needs to be done a second time. Also, the cup sometimes gets thrown off. So I hold it down lightly so it stays on while chopping.
