Great Machine - With One Design Fault

We purchased this machine a few months back and have not regretted it. Its a brilliant thing to have in a kitchen and its incredibly useful - we use it minimum once a day since we got it.
However we have noticed one annoying design fault: The jug handles are hollow and there is a tiny hole at the bottom of the each jug handle. When turning them upside down in the dishwasher small food waste sometimes finds its way into these which means you have to manually try and wash it out afterwards or you risk the build-up of bacteria/mold. As its very difficult to get the dirt out once its in the handle we have decided to wash the jugs by hand all the time, making it inconvenient to clean.
Extra note: the machine is extraordinary loud, and its close to impossible to be in the same room with it when its on the soup function.

I have been using the nutribullet for 1 month. It is quick and efficient. I use it for juicing. I love that I do not have to throw away the fiber from spinach, etc. The nutribullet grinds the leaves up as though they never existed-incredible
