I began my Nutribullet adventure with the magic bullet. When I realized everything this machine can do I decided to go bigger! At that time the Rx had just hit the market and I knew I had to own it! I made soups, sauces, nut butters, blasts, smoothies, EVERYTHING! The motor finally gave out so I immediately purchased another one and the improvements are amazing! I will never even CONSIDER another product, my loyalty is completely with Nutribullet! Their customer service is great, not awesome, but great... I did have a few issues when I called about a bad seal I got with my second purchase, but ultimately they took care of me. The book that comes with it is very informative, you get a really good idea of what ingredients you should start out using to best address your diety needs, and the website is WONDERFUL!!! When I send an email with a question or statement I get a response in less than 24 hours which really impresses me! If I could, I would totallly make an infomercial about how awesome I think this product and this company is!

I bought this to replace my NutriBullet Lean, which was out of stock at the time I and I wanted a replacement immediately. I loved my Lean, but after two years of daily use, it stopped working. I love the different features available on the Rx although I have not used all of them yet. I use it mostly for preparing my daily smoothies, but look forward to trying some of the heated soup blends. So far it has worked well. I do wish that the blade assembly for the Bullets could be more dishwasher friendly.

It works fine and at the level of energy I bought it for. Somehow, I am perceiving this is a refurbished item, not a new one - which I thought I bought. I would like to know if it were a refurbished one, because this is not what I wanted. I wanted a new product. And it also seems it is not sold in Canada. What for? For which reason, I am curious...

After owning two other Nutribullets, both of which were lousy, the Nutribullet Rx is fantastic. This should be the only one they make, as it is so superior to the other products it isn't even funny,

I bought it a month ago .i checked it by making everything with it .i tried indian maxican and tai curry , smoothie and sauses.. its good but motor smells like something electrical inside motor is burning but its just smell nothing else..
