Disappointed

I received my NutriBullet RX the beginning of December and only after six uses the rubber band in the blade rapped around the blade during operation. The liquid, which was only orange juice and beets, expolded all over the ceiling, walls, and floor. Customer service was excellent and sent in a new blade in hopes that this was the issue. However, once receiving the new blade and using the machine once again, the base began to release a strong oudor, and shaking. During operation, the machine was extremely loud. Customer service then sent a new base. Once again, after receiving the new base, I was disappointed again. The mashine was extremely loud again and started to begin shaking. Immediately I unplugged it as this is exactly what happened when the liquids exploded the first time. Customer service had suggested sending in a new base and blade, however I'm just extremely disappointed in this product especially after they claim they use the best engineers and doctors to develop the NutriBullet RX. Now I have the hassle of returning all these products back, and I have to pay the shipping. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Durable, Powerful, and Versatile Blender

I purchased the Nutri Bullet RX 12 years ago and the machine still blends like new. With simple cleaning after each use this machine will last for years. I remove the rubber gasket after each use and wash, rinse, and set out to dry. I’m active duty navy and take my RX to sea with me to eat healthy and enjoy smoothies underway. I recommend this blender over the more expensive name brand machines. The RX is a proven blender that can’t be beat. You are what you eat! 😉

Great when it doesn't tear itself apart

We have been using the original bullet for years now and always worked no problems. We recently bought (Jan 11, 2015) the RX. At first it worked great. Love how it completely grinds up into a smooth juice unlike the original which still left it somewhat gritty. But after the 5th use, we tried to make tomato soup. About a minute or so into the cycle the base started leaking and then we noticed chunks of black bits in the soup. We unplugged it openned it and noticed rubber chucnks in the soup which seem to have been part of the black blade base (looks like rubber gasket material). Alot of the soup spilled into the motor base, and now the motor smells odd when running after we cleaned it up and ran it with only some water in the 30 oz cup. Been trying to call customer service but been on hold for a long time and then system finally hung up on me. Very dissapointed. after spending over $200. Using our original bullet until someone finally ever gets back to me from Nutribullet

The best machine I have bought so far

I bought this for my Christmas gift to myself and started using, so far so good,trying different combinations of vegs, seeds, soups, ice, it's grinds spinach so smoothly I love it, does what it says and the handy recipe book is great. Hoping to lose some weight along with some regular exercise for 2017. Easy to clean and the cup sizes are very good as easy to do enough to last me the working day. I like buying electronic gadgets for my kitchen and this is the best one so far. Recommended to my niece and she bought one too. Try it you won't be disappointed, I have not been so far using it daily and very easy to clean straight away after each use.

This blender leaks often when I use it to blend as the blade unscrews itself while blending. The amount of strength required to tighten/loosen the blade base with the blade removal tool so it won't leak during blending is way above average and not something I possess making this product unusable and unpractical for my everyday use. Very disappointed with this product as its highly rated. Also, the instructions for use don't mention the use the blade removal tool (note here your company didn't name it so you can figure out its for tightening the blade as well) for tightening the blade base to the blender to ensure that the blender won't leak because just using your hands might not be enough. I had to dig around the internet to figure that out.

I am a huge soup fan. I love getting home from work, throwing veggies and broth in the container and having it cook while I clean up and change into comfortable clothes. The soup is the perfect temperature...not burning hot, ready to eat right away.

Fat loss is Easy with NutriBullet Rx!

For most of my life I battled migraine headaches and Acid Reflux Disease. I covered my pain with food, alcohol, and purging. When my doctor said my self-medicating habits had brought on Diabetes and activated dormant Cancer cells, I thought the end was near!
He suggested I go on a plant-based diet where the majority of my foods come from fruits & vegetables. He also told me to make more soups to help with my digestion issues. But I'm horrible in the Kitchen! The idea of cutting, slicing, measuring, and preparing is too much work in my opinion.
So I bought NutriBullet Rx. At first I thought "What do I DO with it?" So I threw in a peeled orange and a bottle of water. Poof! I made an orange juice NutriBlast! That wasn't so hard! I kept experimenting and made lots of fruit and veggie "Blasts" until one day I decided I was finally going to try make soup!
Now remember, I am horrible in the kitchen. But I thought, "Maybe I CAN do this." I cooked up some chicken breast and put it in my NutriBullet Rx followed by some water, some frozen veggies, and a little sea salt and pepper. There's a button on the front of the NutriBullet Rx. When you push it, it goes from green to red and into "Soup Mode." Not only did the Rx AUTOMATICALLY heat my ingredients to the perfect temp and turn off in exactly seven minutes, it also tasted great! And I was kinda proud that I was eating a healthy bowl of chicken soup that I made myself. From scratch!!!
That was a year ago. Now I make Blasts, soups, dips, coffees, teas, you name it! I'm not a Chef yet - but I'm a really great Cook! And healthy too! My 18 and 19 year old daughters come to me for nutrition advice! Cool huh? My headaches are long gone. No more Acid Reflux or Diabetes either. And the Cancer scare? Just a memory now. I went from a 283lb couch potato to a 235lb thinner, healthier, and younger feeling me! And Bye Bye big, round belly! Lol!
I now realize; my doctor told me what I needed to do. But it was NutriBullet Rx showed me how.
