I was really looking forward to this product but it turned out to be a dud. I made mush out of food. I had great hopes for the soup but like the cold smoothies it made mush and a yucky texture.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Used it 3 times in the same day. Very excited. Very powerful But noisy. But it's okay power come with noise. At the end of the day wanted to show it to kids and make them smoothie. The thing is broken. Can you belive it. Don't waist your time. DO NOT BUY IT.

So I didn't get my nutribullet Rx as quickly as I was supposed to. But that was because of covid-19. When it arrived, I was ecstatic. The first this I blended was a random smoothie with almonds and flaxseed and chia seeds and sunflower seeds, amongst others. The first blend got it a slight grainy texture because of the nuts. But after running it a second time, OMG it was as smooth as silk or a baby's but. It was awesome. The recipe book did help give me an idea of how I should actually be making smoothies healthy. I also made roasted cauliflower soup for the first time. At first I was worried about the ventilation and it not blending properly, mostly because i put too much. But it worked out for the best. The soup was awesome. Instructions were also easy to follow and the guidelines were easy to remember. The NutriBullet Rx is awesome and it makes smoothies smooth.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointed don’t last too long

I bought this product in 2016 and at this day 2021 when I was using it doing a smoothie suddenly the cup went out the base and the little round thing from the BASE jumped out from the center it broke out from the base. And now I don’t have nutribullet.

Poor quality and service

I've had my Nutribullet RX for only 2 weeks before the metal screw that holds the blade on the base snapped in half. I've now been trying to get in touch with customer service for well over an hour and can not get through. I loved the product when it worked but I'm very disappointed that I purchased the delux model and it broke after 2 weeks of light use. So far my advice is beware of the bullet!!!

I got my nutribullet rx just over a year ago. I wanted a blender that make smoothies that were almost as smooth as juice. The RX did that beautifully! However, I recently realized that the reason I don't use it as often as I'd like to is because I'm self-conscious to use it. IT'S SO LOUD! Im terrified that it's going to make my neighbors angry because it is WAY louder that any other blender. I have to plug my ears when I use it. It also has leaked oil into the area where u place the blade. The smoothies have also started to have a burned taste to them. I don't know if that is from the heat or from the leaking oil. Either way, I'm very disappointed.
