We owned it for 2 days. It would not stop leaking. I watched many videos on YouTube that told how to stop the leaking. None were enough. Took this “waste of time and money” back. I will never by another Nutribullet.

SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH THE DESIGN

Works great with liquids and drinks, but does a terrible job with grains and seeds. I don't need a machine for drinks because I have a Vitamix. I was hoping to find a machine that ground up seeds, nuts, and grains efficiently. I guess I will need to go back to my Vitamix. Unfortunately, the only grain or seed that I can grind evenly in my Nutribullet RX is pre-softened quick oats.
Besides quick oats, the other seeds that do not grind up evenly include flax, chia, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and basically any kind of seed or nut. These are all fairly soft seeds. After grinding, I have to use a strainer to sift out the larger pieces that didn't get ground up or take the partialy ground up meal out, stir it up, and do that several times. Even then there is no guarantee it will be ground up like I would expect.
Clearly, this inability to grind seeds and grains properly exists because there is NO variable speed control. Since the machine grinds at only one fast speed, the ground up seeds gum up around the blades and it can't finish evenly. This is why you have to take it out, stir it up, and do it again several times. The amount you put in the container does not matter. There will be some seeds throughout that will not be ground up. I suspect Nutribullet technicians will figure out that it needs a variable speed control and add it to their next upgraded model. I'm sure the brightest consumers have already submitted this problem and its fix.
The next problem is that the inside of the containers are not smooth so it is impossible to use a spatula to get anything out easily. It takes a lot of extra work with a spatula to get everything out because the plastic they use to strengthen the containers are sticking out on the inside of the container instead of on the outside of the container. Thus, the protruding plastic is in the way to efficiently use a spatula to get anything out easily. This design makes cleaning more difficult too. It's beyond me why they didn't put the protruding plastic on the outside of the containers so that using a spatula would be a breeze.

I was so sick, living alone, & needed to EAT. From the ads, I was sure this would renew my health. It was a lot for me to pay with all the Dr & medicine bills, but I took a leap of faith. The first time I tried it, it completely leaked out of the bottom where it attaches to the base. All I needed was more to take care of! I tried it one more time lately, having my husband tighten it down, using the stupid tool that really is of no use. Such a disappointment. Nutribullit, will you please help me???????????

We started out many years ago with the first nutri bullet.. Many purchases later for the newer designs and family, we have arrived at what I personally believe to be the best machine of it's kind our there.

Our older, smaller, less powerful nutribullet was showing signs of quitting on us, after 4 years of near constant use. We like it better than this more powerful, larger version that we just bought. The blades on the new one are smaller and not as good at catching and grinding our frozen fruit (for smoothies). And the cup is much bigger than we need - too big for straws to work in it, so we have to transfer the contents to a smaller container to drink it. The motor is stronger on the new one, but we still have to blend more than once most of the time because of the problem with the smaller blades.
